Paolo Mazzarello is Professor in History of Medicine at the Università of Pavia, where he’s Director of the Museo Storico. He graduated in Medicine, obtained the specialization in Neurology and earned a Ph.D. in Neurological Sciences. His fields of interests are mainly directed towards the history of neurosciences with a particular attention to Camillo Golgi’s contribution, and the study of emotional and affective conditioning in the scientific practice.
