The color of thought – Street Exhibition


The BrainForum 2011 will be enhanced by an exhibition of extraordinary giant images of the brain illustrated by color effects using the “Brainbow” technique. The images, produced by scientists from laboratories all over the world, evoke modern art paintings. The curator of the exhibition, Angelo Bucarelli, enjoyed finding a match in similarity, for all the photos to some of the most known masterpieces by Klee, Mirò, Dalì and Kandinsky.

For one month, the street of Corso Vittorio Emanuele in Milan will provide the setting for this exhibition starting on the 12th of March.

Il colore del pensiero – Mostra fotografica open-air


Il BrainForum è integrato da una mostra di straordinarie gigantografie del cervello, colorato secondo la tecnica Brainbow. Le immagini, realizzate da scienziati in laboratori in tutto il mondo, evocano opere di arte moderna. Il curatore della mostra, Angelo Bucarelli, si è divertito a suggerire accostamenti con i capolavori di pittori celebri, da Klee, a Mirò, a Dalì, a Kandinsky.

A questo progetto, per un mese, verranno dedicati gli spazi espositivi “open air” di Corso Vittorio Emanuele, a partire dal 12 marzo.
